Terms and Conditions of Costa-Rent Properties
These terms and conditions must be read and agreed with before making a non-refundable deposit, as agreed. The person must be over *18/21 years of age, confirms that he/she is doing so for all other persons included in the party and is also, accepting the terms on their behalf as well as their own. The deposit is accepted as part payment of the full amount. A booking will not be deemed confirmed until the completed Booking Form and deposit are received.
Please check individual property web pages, as in some instances booking requirements may differ slightly.
- Costa-Rent accept no liability whatsoever for any aspects of the arrangements and no liability for any theft, loss, personal injury or death, however incurred, whilst residing in the property. During your stay you are expected to assume responsibility for the safety and security of the property and all occupants.
- We take no responsibility for any matters beyond our control i.e. industrial disputes, bad weather conditions or any other situation beyond either our, or property owners control.
- The balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid no later than *6/8 weeks prior to departure, (depending on property)or as we specify. If your booking is less than *6/8 weeks before departure, you must pay the total cost in full, on booking or as we specify. If payment of the balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and in this case, no monies will be refunded.
- In the unlikely event that it should be necessary to make a change to your booking, we will notify you immediately. We will then do our best to offer alternative accommodation of at least a comparable standard. Alternatively a refund will be made.
- Cancellation by you will result in the loss of any/all monies paid to date.
- On arrival a further *150-300 euros (or agreed amount depending on property) returnable damage/key deposit will be required and a final agreed cleaning charge of 35/80 euros (depending on property) is to be made at the end of each stay. Please check the individual property details. *For some properties the damage/key deposit is held for 7/14 days until after the property has been checked by the owner/agents. It may be necessary to collect this payment before arrrival. *It may be necessary to make your damage deposit with your final balance payment. Please check before booking.
- Although every effort has been made to ensure that all information is accurate, Costa-Rent Holidays accept no liability for any discrepancies or any problems that may occur during your stay. In the unlikely event of a problem, you should contact the appropriate Property Management or us immediately so that every effort can be made to rectify the situation. We will not be able to deal with any complaints after departure from the property.
- Any faulty items must be reported. Any damages/breakages during your stay must also be reported and either replaced or paid for.
- Costa-Rent Holidays accept no liability for any surrounding building works, though we shall do our best to inform clients if this is the case.
- The client is recommended to take out the appropriate travel insurance.
- *Any additional guests, after those in the original booking, must be declared and approved.
- Transport from the airport to the property is a separate arrangement, available on request, and is not included in the booking fee.
- *Arrivals must be after 16.00 local Spanish time and check out time is 10.00, to enable the property to be cleaned for the next guests. Extended arrival and check out times may be possible on request. Please check the individual property details.
- An admin charge of 25 euros is required per booking.
