Located 2km from the excellent beach at La Cala de Mijas, this apartment is a brand new development by Realia called Equmar.  It is fully equiped with secure indoor parking.  Next to El Chapparel golf course.  Only 5Km from Fuengirola and 20 minute drive from Malaga airport. 

 

The apartment comes fully equipped, and has Flatscreen TV with built-in DVD Player.  There is a private terrace, communal gardens and pool.  The apartment is perfectly located to take advantage of all the area has to offer.  Quiet and peaceful location.  

La Cala is very much a sports-oriented resort. There are three 18-hole championship golf courses, a quality par 3 course and host the only David Leadbetter Golf Academy in Spain.  There is a full-size FIFA approved football pitch and attendant facilities, floodlit tennis courts, squash court and a fully-equipped gymnasium. Ttreks in the nearby mountains, mountain bike trips or horse riding are all available locally.

The Costa del Sol is an outdoor sports playground with all tastes catered for.  The apartment is situated next door to the Hippodrome in Mijas with its weekly race meetings or the Mediterranean with its wide range of water sports.
