Delightful 2 Bedroom Townhouse in La Cala de Mijas (Mijas 015)

Casa Charlotte is a beautifully renovated townhouse close to La Cala de Mijas and only 2 minutes walk to a selection of bars and restaurants and 4 minutes walk to miles of sandy beaches.  The property was fully refurbished in 2006 to offer top quality holiday accomodation.  It has laminate floors throughout, light, airy, spacious rooms cooled in the summer or heated in the winter by the air-conditioning.

 

The house is situated in a quiet area.  It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, sea views, panoramic views, and a tennis court.  If you are driving there is parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.  The house is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.  Close to the house you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a themepark.   Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a sports center. There is a local Horse Racing Track, and a Bull Ring in Mijas village - about 20 mins drive.  The vibrant city of Marbella is only 20 mins drive away.

 

There is a quality kitchen with a full range of silver appliances, fully fitted and offers all you will need for making a light snack through to a full 4 course gourmet meal.  The bathroom has a full size bath, shower, WC, wash basin and a power shower cubicle.  The property has a private access onto a terrace area having table and chairs for relaxation and dining al-fresco.  The terrace faces south-west so enjoys sun most of the day.  The lounge/dining area is spacious having 2 three seater sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs for 6 people and quality entertainment systems.  This includes English Sky TV, DVD player, surround sound system and quality Hi-Fi system.

The upper area of the house is accessed via 7 steps, leading to the bathroom and has excellent quality fittings.  The two bedrooms both have built-in wardrobes, the master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has twin beds which can be combined to provide a king-size.  Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes and have UPVC tilt and open windows for both security and ventilation.
