A delightful and spacious apartment (2 generous bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), with views over golf valley to mountains and the sea.   The apartment is fully air conditioned located 5 minutes inland from San Pedro.  Close to several golf courses and beaches, within easy reach is Marbella, Puerto Banus, Benahavis and Estepona. 

There are 2 bedrooms, the master being ensuite, and a further bathroom.  The spacious lounge has 2 sofas to comfortably seat 6, a dining table to also seat 6, there are patio doors which lead onto the terrace.  Here there is a large table and chairs with an excellent views of La Concha mountain and down to the Mediterranean. 

There is a well equipped kitchen with all you would require and a utility room with a washing machine.  There are several swimming pools to enjoy, all with sunloungers and parasols.  Parking is available outside the apartment and there is security patrol available 24 hours per day.

The Local Area

Urbanisation Los Altos is located on La Quinta Golf, close to San Pedro and is close to the 5 Star Westin Hotel.

San Pedro, an unspoilt charming Spanish town is just a 5 minute drive away, here you will find traditional shops, sidewalk cafes and excellent tapas bars.A short walk down the main promenade takes you to the golden beaches and several chiringuitos (beach bars).

Less than 10 minutes drive takes you to the renowned  Puerto Banus, this is the place to be pampered and see the fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. Try the nightlife at a choice of alfesco bars, piano clubs and nightclubs.

During the day and into the night this is also a shoppers paradise with several of the worlds fashion houses.

Fashionable Marbella is a 15 minute drive away with its great shopping and restaurants in the narrow streets of the historical Old Town. The beaches are excellent and the promenade stretches for miles where there are many good places to eat and drink.

Other places of interest within easy striking distance include: Estepona, Ronda, Gibraltar, Benahavís, Mijas, and many of "the white villages".

Andalucia cries out to be explored with its rolling countryside, olive and citrus groves, mountains and Europe´s most Southerly snow ski resort in the Sierra Nevada, less than 2 hours drive away. Add to this historic cities like Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Cadiz and so many more, plus the Mediterranean and Atlantic beaches and you will need to visit more than once!
