A two bedroom holiday rental apartment in the heart of Benalmadena Costa.  The apartment is in a block of only 8 apartments and is 3 floors up from ground level. (no lift)   There are stunning views over the Mediterranean Sea and Benalmadena Marina.  Ideally suited to couples and families, the apartment is situated in the heart of the resort, with all the local amenities and the beach within a few minutes walk.

   

It has a communal garden and is situated 5 minutes walk from Bonanza Square and 2 minutes walk from Flamingo Square.  The closest supermarket is a three minute walk up the hill from the apartment.
 
Recently refurbished, the apartment boasts 2 bedrooms sleeping up to four people, with additional 2 persons on sofa bed.
The light and airy kitchen is fully equipped, with a Fridge/Freezer, Microwave Oven and Hob, and Washing Machine.  The apartment benefits from Air Conditioning/Heating throughout.

All bookings are on a strictly first come, first served basis.

25% Deposit required to secure booking along with a completed booking form. This must be signed by the lead name who is responsible for payment of the final balance.  A receipt and confirmation of the final balance due date, will be issued, which is payable 6 weeks before your departure. (Bookings made within six weeks of arrival will require full payment in advance).

A security deposit of €150.00 or £100.00, is required to cover breakages and loss of keys. The deposit is payable with the final balance. The deposit will be refunded in full after your departure, subject to the keys being returned and any damages to the apartment or breakages paid for.
