A delightful spacious and centrally located 2-bedroom apartment, nicely presented with very large terraces and a totally private large rooftop solarium.  The apartment is situated in the heart of the lively town of Arroyo de La Miel within easy access to all shops, bars and restaurants.  There is a local bus service to take you to all locations along the coast.  The beach is a 10 minute walk, and 10minutes to Tivoli World Theme Park, where you will also find the train station.

 

There is a superb fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, including washing machine and dishwasher.   There is one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.  There is also a separate cloakroom.  The pool is for the exclusive use of this private development, benefiting from a shallow end for children.  There are security gates and private allocated parking, although a car is not necessary, making this a perfect family holiday location.  The apartment benefits from Air Conditioning/Heating.
