Making a reservation

  1. How do I make an enquiry/booking?

    In the first instance please send us an email with all your requirements. We will then confirm availability, prices etc. and send a booking form. Once we have received your completed booking form, we will "hold" your dates pending non returnable reservation deposit payment, as agreed at time of booking.

  2. How do I check availability?

    Please email the dates and properties you are interested in and we will confirm availability and prices.

  3. Does the booking have to be Saturday to Saturday?

    Please view each individual property web page as booking requirements differ. Please feel free to email your full requirements so that we may assist you further.

  4. What time can I check in?

    Check in is usually 16:00, flexible where possible. Please check with us when booking.

  5. What time can I check out?

    Check out is usually 10:00, flexible where possible. Please check with us when booking.

  6. Can I book extra's like a cot or high chair?

    Fold-up beds, travel cots, high chairs, beach towels etc. are all available for hire by advance booking. Please email your requirements, or include them on your booking form.

  7. How do I find the property from the airport?

    You will be given the full address and directions to your chosen property before your arrival, along with key arrangements.

  8. Can I be collected from the airport?

    We can arrange for airport transfers with an English speaking driver with knowledge of the area. Please send your full flight arrival and departure details, contact number for when you are in Spain, as well as the airport you are flying from. We will then supply you with a quotation.

  9. What if there is a problem at the property?

    Sometimes there may be problems which can happen in any of the properties. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. There should be some instructions at the property, which will give detail emergency numbers, and numbers for contacting us/owners in case of a problem. We have a list of electricians, plumbers etc. locally who can resolve the problems on the spot. It is much better to contact us if there is a problem and give us the chance to rectify it, than to suffer throughout the holiday and complain at the end. Also please remember that you are staying at someone’s home and to treat it with respect.

  10. Do I need holiday insurance?

    It is strongly recommended to take out holiday insurance for your travel and your health while you are on holiday. Please remember to bring all documents with you.

  11. Can I book for less than 7 days?

    Most of the properties will accept less than 7 days booking, please contact us with your requirements. The prices are usually charged pro-rata.

  12. What happens on departure?

    We will discuss with you departure arrangements for each individual booking. Unless specified plesae leave keys in the property, ensuring you shut all windows and doors behind you. A representative will be along shortly after you to lock up. Any deposits will be returned to you as agreed, as soon as possible.
